Is Vouch free?
Completely. You earn points and coupons at no cost. Brands pay to be on the platform — you never do.
Does my friend need the app?
Yes — the Bluetooth handshake happens between two phones. Onboarding takes under two minutes, so it's a natural opener: "Let me send you a Vouch."
What does Vouch need from my phone?
Bluetooth, to confirm you're actually together, and notifications if you want them. Location is optional: allow it and each vouch is tagged with where it happened — coordinates and the first three characters of the postal code — so businesses can see which neighbourhoods their fans are in. It never reads your contact list.
What can I do with points?
Redeem for a Virtual Visa card in the app, from 1,000 points ($10) to 10,000 ($100), sent to your email in minutes. Your account has to be 14 days old, and it's one redemption a day. You both pick up another 20 points when the coupon gets redeemed, and 60 points land when a friend you invited makes their first vouch.
What is Cred?
Your reputation score, separate from points. +5 when you vouch, +2 when you listen, +15 when a friend redeems your coupon. Tiers run Bronze at 100, Silver at 300, Gold at 600 and Platinum at 1,000.
